Studio Guidelines 

• There is a two-hour minimum for all sessions booked. We book only by the hour.

• We require a deposit of $60 at least one week prior to the session for bookings 3 hours or less.  For bookings 4 hours or more, deposit is one-half of the total cost due at least two-weeks prior to session. The remaining payment is due prior to your start time on the day of your booking.

• Deposit is refundable only if cancelled 3 days prior to the scheduled session for bookings 3 hours or less. For bookings 4 hours or more, deposit is only refundable if cancelled 5 days prior to the scheduled session. 

• Please note that load in and load out must occur within your booking time. There is no early load in. If you extend past designated wrap time, you will be charged an extra hour.

• Absolutely no paper or glitter confetti. Food and drink are only allowed in the dressing room. Please respect all signage in the facility.

• There is a 15 person maximum capacity allowed in the studio (including photographer). 

• There is a $75.00 fee for damaged paper backdrops from food, beverage, or tearing.

• It is expected that only models or subjects of the photography or videography wear their shoes in the production space. All others should remove their shoes. Shoe covers are available at the studio as well. If there is excessive scuffing beyond reasonable use, you will be asked to pay our $30 re-paint fee.
