Facility rental for photography and video:

Studio Guidelines
There is a two-hour minimum for all sessions booked.
We require a deposit of $60 at least one week prior to the session for bookings 3 hours or less. For bookings 4 hours or more, deposit is one-half of the total cost due at least two-weeks prior to session. We book only by the hour.
Deposit is refundable only if cancelled 5 days prior to the scheduled session for bookings 3 hours or less. For bookings 4 hours or more, deposit is only refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to the scheduled session.
You may start loading in 10 minutes prior to start time at no extra charge when available. This is not always available, please contact the studio to confirm prior to your booking.
If you extend 10 minutes or more past designated wrap time, you will be charged an extra hour.
Absolutely no paper or glitter confetti. Food and drink are only allowed in the dressing room. Please respect all signage in the facility.
There is a 15 person maximum capacity allowed in the studio (including photographer).
